At Moor & Mallow, we want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us that you would like to return it. Once you have told us, please return the item within the following 14 days.

To start a return, contact us at BlanketsNCo@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

You may inspect the blanket as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond this and has reduced in value, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
